I think the quality covers are the PUI covers? I got mine years ago from Tim Christian, but I think he retired as well, so it's hard to know what brand someone is actually selling.

There's actually 4 screws that hold the frames together. Just remove the one closest to the back on each side and the seat will "tilt" forward.

The issue with all the seat covers I've seen is they're all "69-72" so they have the side ears that cover the metal bracket that would tilt. You'd have to do something with that as well.
