I think anywhere from 4" to around 8" should be achievable using stock springs. There is such a wide variation of the 52" spring from different years and models it just comes down to knowing which spring you need to get the 4" lift you want. I've thought about using them myself but would like to hear from others who have used them on the 67-72 trucks to get their impression of them.
And from the looks of the front hangers I doubt you'll be able to mount tow hooks?
