The factory assembly manual also shows them pointing down.. Now i ran into a little bit of trouble. I can get one side in, but the leaf spring is blocking the clearance in need to get the tie rod stud through the other knuckle

Do I need to loosen up one of the leaf springs to get the clearance I need or is their an easy way?
