Here is the 2004 2500HD 4x4 Crew Cab. Ordered it new back when I was married to the doctor. 8.1L/496 cid Big Block backed up by the Allison transmission. LT package loaded with all the goodies and rear seat DVD for the daughters (no sunroof...couldn't get DVD and sunroof at same time). Volant intake, chipped and 285 BFG AT's complete the package.
This truck was my daily driver until two years ago. Averaged right around 10.6 MPG overall, sometimes as high as 12.5 MPG highway. Just over 100k on her today. New license plates read "BG BLOK"
