I'd like to go back to a stock '70, but looking at repro prices that ain't gonna happen. It doesn't need to be pristine, anyway- it's a 49 year old truck. My FiL put a '71-'72 grill in it and I really don't like how the park/turn signal lights are mounted sideways. I could buy the metal and make a billet grill, but it would be easier to just buy one for $200. I'd need too much stuff to make the '70 billet grill, since I'm missing a lot of those parts, so I would just go with the '71-'72 billet grill. I'll be following along to see how things work out in the discussion.
