I've never seen them but in an ideal situation someone would make six lug rotors that bolted on 71/72 and maybe up though mid 80's spindles. That would make the swap all stock parts except the rotor.

Looking at the CPP spindles I see that they keep the wheel mount surface inboard from where it would be with most disk brake spindles. Not a bad idea if you run bigger tires.
