This is correct (as stated in post #4 & 5, albeit with fewer words).

The blue '80 pickup that I posted was a Scottsdale with V22 added. We always ordered a Scottsdale trim level so we could get the vinyl flooring, manual windows and locks, but could opt up for better exterior appearance.

That's what I did in '87 as well.
