UPDATE.... Legal issues are going to prevent me from making "exact" copies of the GM part numbered brush guards,(patent and copyright issues) I am currently working on modifying my jig just enough to be able to make them without crossing legal lines.
They will be very similar but "NOT" copies of the originals. I am also working on one that will be a direct bolt on application, the "originals" required a hole to be drilled on the top of the bumper. I am moving into a shop so I have room to work on my projects and still have enough room to build some of these brush guards. as soon as I get settled into the shop and get a couple "prototypes" made I will post pics and info. thanks Coop
