If you guys are still paying attention to this thread, I put in the rebuild kit for the alt and the diodes still test the exact same as the ones I replaced.

Before alt rebuild kit was put it +lead to the stud and -lead to case read nothing
And with the leads switched it read around 1058 or something.
After putting in the rebuild kit +lead reads on stud and -lead in case reads nothing and with the leads switched it reads around 978. What does that mean?
