That repair really isn't hard if you get the replacement panel. The rocker is easy also if the metal is good under it. You are going to need a spot weld cutter for the rocker. You can get one on line or at Harbor freight. I did mine before I bought one. It would have made the job eiser if I had it. You will also have to shappe the rocker in place one you have it tacked in.
