Not trying to be a jerk here, really I'm not.

What did you do WITH your truck means how did you use your truck like a truck today. I love the concept of that, and like to see those types of photos and posts.

What did you do TO your truck means what new hardware did you put on it, what maintenance did you do, what bodywork did you do, etc. I love the concept of that, and like to see those types of photos and posts.

There's a reason there are 2 separate threads for thes 2 very different things.
