Thanks! On the top bracket, as you can see, I did not use a washer under the large bolt head...there was not enough of them in the kit. There were a couple of extra thin nuts and a 4 washers. When you take inventory and lay out the parts you will notice the extra hardware.

To understand and address your shock question....
So you are suggesting having 2 shocks on each side. The No-Limit shock configuration and the stock configuration / location. Since Replaced my stock brackets with CPP relocators years ago, I don't recall exactly what the stock stuff looked like. If you can mount both stock and NL bottom brackets....give it a try.
