Going off the pictured brackets and the shape of the foam and cover on the backrest, they look to be out of a 74 or later C/K pickup cab. The seats would also work for a 74 and up blazer/jimmy but the pictured mounting brackets are the 73 and up truck specific type setup. The 69/70 type seat covers (single scroll down the center of the inserts) will fit the above pictured seat frames with some work as you had asked (lwr. side skirts are shorter), but the foam shape itself is entirely different from 69-70 and 71-73 and then the 74 and later lowbacks.
