Have you made a panel flanging tool ?
I have worked as a bodyshop tech for 35 years and have seen lots of modified tools to "get the job done". About 20 years ago I made a flange tool with body shims and old vise grips, I'll get a picture tomorrow at work. By the way I still use them.
