there is a relay, but it is only for the high selection on the switch. If you aren't getting full power to any of the wires at the switch, and it isn't melted, then it is time to start inspecting the wires, and the rear of the fuse bolock.
I would also love to see photos of your burb... and to be honest, i have never seen nor seen any literature on stock air shocks... do you have a photo of the SPID?
