Ok, I am in the process of checking everything before I stall them. I am currently checking the wiper motor. Thanks to this thread I have most of it figured out.I am using a power probe, and this thread, to check things out and found the following.
Yellow - power
Dark Blue - washer pump
Light blue - wiper motor
Black - NO IDEA

When I apply power to Yellow/Dark Blue I hear the washer relay clicking but no pumping
Power to yellow/light blue the wiper motor runs

So my questions are:
1 what is the black wire for
2 since I hear the relay click but no pumping sound is the pump bad

PS: The PO just cut all the wiper motor wires. Have no idea way. Guess he was only going to drive it on sunny days.
