I do not have access to any of those. I do have a router and can easily cut the 3/16 groove. Just not sure what router bit to use to get that 1/8” cut off the edge.

These rabbeting router bits use a different size bearing to make a different cut?

EDIT: I’m doing everything from the rear bumper of the truck, so not a lot of options.

I think I’ll just get a 1/2” router bit and router the last edge, just a little less deep.
