Orrie... we don't seem to be seeing the same reliability with the newer GM boxes in our fleet vehicles. Not that they're dropping left and right, but we have changed three due to internal wear before 100k miles has accumulated.

#12 around the output shaft is available separately and quite often that's where most of the uncontrolled motion can be found.
