Check to see if you have a nice BLUE spark. I bought a spark tester at spring Carlisle and I use it all the time. I had a new Accel distributor that acted strange and found out the module was bad. The spark tester showed very week spark. You can not beat an HEI for dependability. You can buy an MSD Streetfire HEI at a reasonable price.
