This truck was originally purchased by the US army. They owned it from 1974 to 1988. It was then purchased by a private individual in Hagerstown Maryland and used from 1988 to the present as a farm truck. I just picked the truck up on Saturday May 12, 2012 and brought it back to central Pennsylvania. It currently has a 350 with an Auto. I plan to turn it into a clean street truck. Specific details are yet to be decided. This is my first Chevy truck build, so help and suggestions are welcome. I am new to the Chevy world, coming from a Mopar background. Rough ideas are to paint it orange metallic, steel cowl hood, N/A built 350/350 with single 4, 15 inch wheels, corvette C4 seats, light tan interior, custom console with custom stereo system, plain tailgate with roll pan. More pics to come as I try to figure out how to post directly in the post.
