The crew in my avatar had a tired 350 with headers and Cherry bomb welded mufflers. 2 1/2" then 3" after the mufflers, then 5" tips out the back. It was super deep, was loud, but not obnoxious loud. Cheap too, think $40 at Advance Auto.
