I wouldn't recommend going down 4" in front without spindles. If $$ is an issue, go with a 2"-4" drop. Get the lowering coils for the rear, no need for a c-notch with 4". Then for now, if you're on a budget, take a cutoff wheel and cut off about a coil and an half of the front coil... BAM! Budget coolness.
