Swap to a stock shackle for a 2 inch lift if it currently has shackles. Its a nice truck. I had 18's on one a good while back. 255/55/18 front and 275/60/18 rears . definitly a height difference. Probably too tall for the amount of drop you have but you asked about a tall tire.

Thanks for the reply it 0has "drop" shackles on it will look into raising that way.
Will look at the taller tires as well would like a rim with more dish in back really for my taste.
