Re: Brake setup issue

What design of Motor mounts does he want to use Yoshi?

Do to your being in the UK (yes folks YOshi lives in the United Kingdoom and shipping costs a big chunk) Fabricating some mounts and locally available rubber biscuits (think Hockey puck with a hole in the middle) and get out with the cost of the metal and rubber pieces.
If you study this a bit you see that it has a triangular shaped plate that bolts to the side of the block and a leg that comes out from that that sets on a pad fastened to the inside of the frame rail. This would not be real hard to make and the cost would be real low. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Transdapt-47...hVV6SR&vxp=mtr

Another option would be a tube crossmember that uses factory style 68/64 Chevy motor mounts. Those are real simple to use and not too expensive.

71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
