OK - so the Engine is Pushing Oil - out all it's Gaskets ..
Looking into this - NO PVC system to speak of : These Oil Fill Caps
have very small holes and usually stuffed .
After Cleaning this pc. with Kerosene and Gas :

A Big Bunch of Crap came out of Oil Fill Cap - ie: Breather Cap
3 Times I cleaned it - same-thing each time - Piles of Junk coming out .
Washed Off Motor and Ran it with just a Pair of Nylons over the Oil Fill Tube . Retesting again today , but seemed better ..
I changed Filter and Added Lucas Zinc additive and Lucas Oil Booster .
This probably also helped .
