Are you starting with a full floating or a semi floating rear axle? If you are running a semi, you can just have new holes machined into the flange. There are kits available to convert to a 5 lug pattern, or have a machine shop fill/redrill/turn down your hubs on your 60. It can be done, but it is not cheap. Expect to pay a minimum of $600, and that price is somebody doing you a favor. I know it is do-able with the 6 lug pattern, but don't know about the 5 lug pattern
