This is not pre-terminated. I usually crimp and solder the ring with heatshrink for strain relief.
The connection to the primary wire should be soldered and covered with heatshrink. Don't leave the off white or black plastic balun on the primary wire. The balun is the oem molded cover for the splice between the fusible link and the primary wire.

If you decide to replace the primary wire use red SXL jacketed 10 ga.
