Re: 67-72 Chev Crewcab Build

Just finished up the hardest part of the door. This is one piece of metal, no graphs anywhere, just heated, bent and shaped. Bolted it onto the B pillar and it fits like a glove. Really having a good time building this truck it is going to be my daily driver.

The suburban I am cutting up to be the next cab build is shaping up to be a very nice starting plat form, minimal rust and the dash is unmolested, still has factory radio in it. Just about to pull the original motor out and run the numbers to see what I have.

Have a question, and open to your opinions. On future cab builds I am thinking about making the rocker on both sides a continous piece from the back of the back door to the front of the front door and one gage thicker. Every cab I build the B pillars will be filled with rust resistant coating than drained as well as the rockers. Would love your input.
