There's a few ppl who can tell you what parts to swap out if you want to do it piece by piece. I would say get the entire front crossmember... from hub to hub, and swap it as a one piece assembly. Makes it easier down the road when you need replacement parts. no need to remember what part is what, just remember the whole front suspention is out of a 74 C/10.... or whatever year you use.
The rear is the same way. If it is coil, a 71/72 C/10 12 bolt will bolt right in.
If it is leaf spring, then some measureing and figuring what will swap in will be needed... and possibly some welding of mounting pads or shock mounts.
