Great shot of another 6500. That one looks exactly like mine did right down to the smallest detail, except for the Budd wheels of course, but as mentioned above, I believe mine only had 9 Fronts.
Although when the truck got reconditioned in about 1972, the mechanic added a couple of more Leafs in-between the others on the Front End. When I went in the garage one day to check on the progress, the truck looked pretty much finished and I asked him when he was going to take it off the jacks. He looked at me funny and said "It's already off the jacks"!!
The truck sat pretty close to the truck pictured above. It probably ended up really having about 11 Fronts after the spring work he did on it. I remember him saying that it should have been that way in the first place.
