If you can try looking for patches from a truck, original metal instead of repro, it will be alot easier to fit.
Long or shortbed will work, just with the long bed you can't use the whole piece to the end because it will be longer. Shortbed will be the same length as blazer but the chances of finding a short bed patch from a truck are obviously much slimmer.
