Wow, I WISH I had the patience you have to write all that up about what should in theory be much more simpler. I enjoy the time you take for each peice, very well done. I'll definately be subscribing to this build! Now hopefully you do some of the stuff I need done on the interior which would make things much each easier for myself!
Ever consider smoothing and painting the dash?
