I've exploded a Spicer trans yoke before, it took out my trans tail shaft housing and had to repair the driveshaft (hairline crack I didn't notice until it split next trip to the track), in the long run cost me 2 breakdowns out of town at the track, plus ended up buying that $300 yoke eventually anyway.

So it would have been the better deal to upgrade mine long before it broke and caused other damage, pay once cry once.
