Double agree. I think it's a 6K truck as well before reading everyone's posts.

However, as mentioned, as a state vehicle, they've got their money's worth out of it and just want it gone now. I'd offer $1,500 and you'll probably end up around $2,500-3K.

Now if they put it on one of those auction sites that sells state stuff... gloves are off.
