I just have stock front disc but if you look at various aftermarket brands like Wilwood, Baer, etc,. they list "min" size wheel for their various kits,

I would think there is a multi-piston caliper made for 15" rims. More aggressive pads than stock and slotted and/or drilled rotors. The more aggressive the pad the more dust and rotor wear. Always a tradeoff
