I also wrote this in the previous post; "drill a hole through it so that you can stick something thru it to turn it.". does that make any sense? snug it up and back it off a hair and locking washer and outer nut.
you can always weld a piece of metal on the end of the tube and make a 1/2" square hole for your torque wrench.

My solution will get you up and running with no problems. if you are insecure about it order your store bought and set the torque as how you like
