Yes new hubs and rotors. I bought mine from Kragen but I just went and pulled the Napa part numbers for you from the store site:
'77 K20
Rotor only = NB4885677
Hub only = NB4886287
Hub and Rotor assembly = NB4886286
Mine came with the bearing races installed also.
