M&H sells replacement harnesses that are like the stock ones, but you have choices like getting a harness that's set up for HEI, and/or an internally regulated alternator. They are more expensive than Painless for example, but have all connectors already installed.

If you go the Painless route, you should look into what tools such as crimpers are needed. There are many different types of crimpers. Its not a good idea to use a pair of pliers or the wrong crimper.
