Let us know what you find out. I think I remember an older cab (non-GM) and a wrecker unit on one of those Isuzu frames on eBay about a year ago.
I was asking about the steering box because of it being a cab-over design, I wonder if the rag joint kinda has to point to the sky. But, either way it shouldn't be a problem just changing out the box.
