Re: stock wheel size on C20

16.5 tires have limited availability from Tire companies.
There are not many size choices and being of small quantities, they most likely will be more expensive.
From my very minimal researching the internet right now, I could only find BF Goodrich & Firestone offering 16.5 Tires.
There may be more companies making them, but again, in a 16.5, Tire Size availability is going to be difficult to satisfy a good look to it.

Most of us just use the 16" GM rims; still around in Junkyards and from some of us who part out these trucks.
I had to look with more effort here locally for these 16" GM rims.
People grab them up quickly.

I am running older Michelin LTX Tires with this size on 16" GM Steel Rims : LT245/75/R16
I first had these on my 1972 C/20 Highlander, then removed them and put them on my 73 C/20.
I am very happy with the Michelin Tires!
