I think the trim rings look fine on the wider wheels. Have you considered leaving them off? You´re welcome! My brother cleaned the door panels completely(plastic+textile) with that material as instructed, using the sponge.

No, we don´t leave trim rings off. We want that truck looks original except a little bit lower than original and wider rear wheels+tires than original. That is a plan.
