Open the link in post 4. Some of those guys are from your area. Until a couple of years ago it was a club member only thing but it appears that they let some other cars in now.

Timed event that runs about 2.5 miles up the oldest paved highway in the state of Washington. That runs on Sunday the day after the show. They ran that hillclimb back in the 50's and 60's after the other highway was built on the other side of the canyon. I remember seeing a new Cobra heading down the highway in front of my house to the race in the mid 60's Quite a thrill for a teenager to see a car he had only seen in Magazines go past when he walked out to get the paper that morning. The 58 miles over the pass was too rough for the car I had then to be able to drive over and watch.
