Re: header collector sealing problem.
Paper gaskets will blow out in no time. I have the same problem. Very tempted to weld them together. I bought a new set of headers for my big block truck that has the ball and flange type collectors. Great design, uses no gaskets and does not leak. I'm thinking of getting a set for the small block truck.
