I have 75 Chevy c30. Same constant problem w leaky flanges. Tried everything except welding which crates another problem if removing headers. Came up with C Flange Bracket. You tube it for complete installation video. Plz comment. Inquiry about getting working model for trial use. No cutting necessary.
