Curious minds gary.
Tried the easy out/left hand drill bit - no beuno on this one either.
So going to try weld.
Why does the weld not stick to the aluminium block though - I know its mig/steel wire not aluminium wire ....... but still thought it would try and stick and potentially the damage the threads etc.
