I know the rear of coil and leaf sprung trucks are different but sounds like you already have a leaf rear suspension. As for the front end I'm not sure probably need to get another truck(4x4) next to yours and see what's different. I'm sure the engine will have to be mounted all the way back so the front end/driveshaft will be ok. The TC mounts to the frame also so you'll need to make sure that spot is clear. The front spring hangers are intregal with the rad core support attachment point. Just things to think about.

1981 K30, 350/465/205 dana 60 and dually 14 bolt. Has a G80, and a flat bed. Going to replace the flat bed.

1985 K20, 350/400/208 10 bolt and SF 14 bolt. I wonder where I can find some 1 tons. Hmmmmm
