If you're looking for a used one car-part.com and eBay are good places to look ($45-90+). Also, Dorman makes a replacement sensor (#699-207) for around $80-90 so if you get a bad one cheap enough it still might be cheaper than buying a new one...

We had a couple of them get glitchy in the diesel trucks. They started to produce erratic readings, and had to be replaced. Both around 150k.
