Sure. 1/4" lines are great if you are wanting something fast. Just make sure that your valve block and fittings are adequate to move that volume of air. Also, having a pretty large tank (5gal or greater) if you are planning on playing with it. Otherwise, you will empty the tank pretty fast and you will be relying on the compressors to fill the bags.
