typical sbc motor mount looks like this one and uses a long 3/8'' bolt to attach to just about anything
these are mine in truck: just some 3/8'' tube and 1.25'' square tubing
my fatman mustII x-member is pretty heavy wall
if you have a lighter x-member you can use 10 ga plate and come off the frame
another with square tubing coming off the frame
