just the 2 brackets. They go on the front inside tracks. You will need to drill the rear hole. You can just nut n bolt it or you can weld a nut on a small tab of metal, that way it has some area to tighten against the floor, not just the washer or nut. The outer tracks bolt to the existing holes front and back. I did this exact install on my 91 crew.
